Each flood season brings fertile alluvium to An Giang province — the time when farmers sow their floating rice seeds. These unique rice plants grow rapidly with the rising water, up to 20 cm a day, reaching 3–4 meters tall. When the water recedes, the plants lay down and bloom, forming grains enriched with distinctive natural minerals from the floating brown rice.
Through traditional fermentation techniques, Ngoc Binh has created a truly unique rice wine. Its aroma lingers for hours, while the natural minerals bring a one-of-a-kind flavor — something you must experience at least once.
